Participating members and/or parent/guardian understands that exercises and courses are taken at member’s own risk. The participating member understands and agrees that there is a risk of personal injury involved in the course of instruction and with this knowledge agrees to indemnity and hold harmless the school and its members. The participating member understands and agrees that no refunds will be given for courses taken. Participating member(s) agree that all information above is accurate and true.
